Entretien
I had 4 interview rounds with different team members and lastly a group mock presentation. During each interview I met a different team member and spoke over the phone or video conference for about 30 minutes. The final interview I had was a group presentation through Google Hangout but there were technical difficulties and I was not able to complete the task.

Entretien
I had three phone interviews and one presentation. For the presentation it was with a panel of employees. The presentation is a good idea but not executed well. Instead of having the candidate present with data and information they’re not familiar with, you should give them the questions or business challenges you would like them to solve and let them create a presentation to solve it - this could allow the candidate an opportunity to present any work they’ve done that’s relative to the role and question.
