Standard Process:
1. Recruiter Phone Screen
2. Hiring Manager Phone Screen
3. Test/Deck Prompt
4. Onsite Super Day - /w presentation of deck to panel
Couple of the interviewers were quite junior - questions asked didn't seem to have an objective or purpose
Hiring manager showed their true colors - they were from New York and just moved to SF. In 30 minutes, they managed to talk about how they were from New York, or their New York way of doing things at least 15 times. Also basically called people in SF lazy because "they don't take their job seriously enough" and people leaving at 5 or 6pm every day - this I chalk up to the NYC ex-finance background.
Became disengaged with the rest of the onsite interview process after the first couple conversations.
Friends say this place is decent to work at - but like any large company, will likely be group dependent.
