The recruiter was wonderful. Enjoyed interviewing with the staff. Not so much the department head. When asked about an accomplishment I was proud of in my career. He responded "That's it? That's what you're proud of?" His belittling remarks were off-base and likely designed to get a reaction out of me. My reaction is I wouldn't want to work for, or even do business with this company in my industry. I won't even ride their platform. Think about how you treat candidates. I'm a top person in my field.
