Standard process, F2F interview. The interviewer was unprepared, had forgotten that we had interview and it started 15 minutes late. The questions were standard, gave almost no background to the position and the expectations.
Also the interviewer had not read my CV, asked questions which didn't make any sense and insisted on asking me if I have sales experience, which with my background as HR Admin was completely useless.

asked about past experience and job expectations, they also share about how their internal structure works and check whether I have any questions to ask, interviewer was nice and willing to answer my questions. but other staff was quite busy.
I had a great experience with the interview process. It began with a phone interview, which was followed by a second-round virtual interview via Microsoft Teams. Both interviews were well-organized, and the communication was clear throughout. Shortly after completing both rounds, I received an offer — the turnaround was impressively quick. Overall, the process was efficient, respectful, and made me feel valued as a candidate

less than 30 minutes. Recruiter was knowledgeable of the company and the opportunity. The interview process was 2 rounds. met with the recruiter than with the hiring manager. Hope to get the job
