they contacted me by email and the process was easy . They sent me the structure of the interview . The first thing I had to do was write a letter to resolve a client's complaint, the second part was to look for the requested information on the company's website and the last part was a group interview. The truth is, the process was fluid and the people who did the interview made us feel comfortable at all times.

Entretien
Telephone interview - Not bad questions, some competency based questions relating to customer service and previous experience. Gentleman was very professional and kind to speak with as this was an unprepared interview .
