Recruiter contacted me and asked a few questions. Hired over the phone. Went through screenings and now just waiting for the employer to schedule training. Very straightforward process so far.

What are you strengths? How do you solve problems.
It just a phone interview. Then an in person interview. The process takes about one week then you are sent out to an assignment. You then get a call the next day for a follow up

Easy. It is all common sense. You have do your training on line. It takes over an hour. They are pretty good with giving you a job as long as you can pass a drug test
