The process was very slow. I applied online and received an assessment a month later. About two weeks after that, I got an interview invitation on a Sunday night for the next morning. I didn’t see the email until Monday morning, leaving me only an hour to prepare. During the interview, the interviewer seemed distracted and unprofessional, frequently saying “wait a second” and looking away as if attending to something else. The questions were mostly behavioral and common interview questions, with very little focus on my actual experience.

The interview was quick and straightforward, and I enjoyed learning about the company. However, it felt somewhat disorganized. They asked if I had any questions before discussing the position or conducting my interview, which caught me off guard and changed the dynamic of our conversation.
