star interview with 2 managers one in person and one on the phone. they asked me five star interview questions and wanted me to answer in the star format. they let me take my time and collect my thoughts when answering and they offered me the job very quickly within an hour after my interview.

Very easy and delightful! Great environment and people. Interview process was great. I am very happy with my choice. Highly recommended! Position for an administrative assistant was what I was in search of.

Showed interest, genuine. Prepared and was very honest and upfront with their questions. It wasn't geared as much about my knowledge but who and what I am as a person. Much more difficult to slay that type of interviewing style

I had a phone interview with a recruiter then had an in person interview. The in person interview they tell you that it will be in a STAR format. The formality of it all seemed more difficult than necessary
