Was a very basic interview process. Asked question about customer service experience, ability to handle multiple tasks at once, ect. Focused a lot on your ability to deal with guest issues.

Entretien
I was interviewed by two Assistant Front Office Managers, as the Manager herself was away. The whole process was really relaxed and friendly. The interviewers made me feel very comfortable the whole time. I was not offered a position (presumably) because they were looking for full-time and future commitment, which I was not able to provide.

Usual interview questions such as tell me about yourself; why did you apply for the job; what are your strengths and weaknesses. I was mainly asked STAR questions, the most 'complicated' of which was "tell me a time when you found a better way to deal with a tasks that was usually performed in another way" (or something among those lines..)
