Very easy process, asked about previous experience and how I handle myself during difficult situations. Got an offer the same day of the interview and started working soon after that. Very good company and would recommend anyone to work there.

Straight forward and quick. The process is formal and informative. You speak with a recruiter and if you make it past this you meet with a supervisor. The overall process is easy and straightforward.
