I had my in-person interview for the Assistant Store Manager position at McDonald’s in Munich at the restaurant itself. It was with the Restaurant Manager and lasted about an hour. We talked about my previous work experience, how I lead a team, and how I would handle situations like busy shifts or customer complaints.
