There's an interview, they send you on the tour and there's an audition for which you are supposed to prep a monologue and then cold read a script from the show. There were two of them there and they were very difficult to read. Don't bring much, the tour is an hour long and you can't put anything down.

Combination of 2 pieces of audition material and an interview section to get a full complete experience and opportunity to share both talents and training as well as personal attributes. The interview allowed time for me as an applicant to experience training in a small dose prior to deciding whether the job would be something I take.

Phone interview due to Covid restrictions: Asked similar questions to the initial application and also proceeded to ask about how to deal with scenarios among the cast. Conversation was very casual and relaxing to ensure that the process was as easy as possible. Offered a position upon finishing the phone interview.

Asked what I could bring that was unique, discussed a time when I gave outstanding customer service. Asked to describe what I would do in certain scenarios and situations pertaining to guests having problems on site or for example technical difficulties in performance rooms.
