I went to the career fair of my college, and dropped my resume by Microsoft's booth. I had a brief talk with one of their HR, but they didn't take any note on my resume. The HR called me and I got an interview 2 days later.

Straightforward technical loop overall, with strong interviewers at every stage. I genuinely enjoyed the in-depth conversations around technical challenges and algorithmic problem-solving — the entire process felt well-structured and genuinely engaging.
