I got a call from Microsoft HR for a telephonic interview Telephonic Interview 1: This was 1 hour long technical interview in which interviewer asked me to write a program. I was writing on the paper and explaining it to interviewer. After clearing telephonic interview, I had to go to Microsoft Campus for face to face interview. Interview 2: First interview was taken by a dev lead. He asked one programming question which I was able to write on the white board. He asked one puzzle also which I was not able to answer but my approach was correct. Interview 3: This interview was taken by a test lead. Again I have to write a program on white board. Which I did easily. She asked multiple testing strategy question which I answered all. Interview 4: This interview was taken by a principal test manager. It was more of a strategy and design interview. Interviewer helped me alot to move in right direction. He was keep on talking to me which helped me. Interview 5: Final interview was taken by director of BU. It looks formality to me. He asked me about my weak and strong point and some other stuffs. For formality he asked me for very simple coding question which I wrote down in no time.
