The first interview consisted of a 30 minute, informal conversation that highlighted the details of the role and structure of the team and walked through my background and interest in the position. This was followed up by a 2 day written assessment, prior to a full day for on-site assessment.

Phone screen with recruiter then 30 minute case with someone on the team. Case was around a previous problem they had faced and the interviewer was friendly and helpful. Then 30 minute call with a senior level leader- case style questions here as well. Whole team seemed to be ex-consulting. No response after this interview.
