Entretien
The first-round interview at Microsoft is a basic phone screen interview. I asked only HR interview questions and no technical questions. I think I was asked about 11-12 questions and the whole interview lasted about 20 minutes. You should come prepared, tho (and not wing it as I did)
The interview was on time and casual. The people I met with seemed knowledgeable about the company and the position. I met with three different people over about one hour.
