Brief behavioral phone interview, was supposed to be followed by a second round super day. Received notification that I advanced to the second round but never got an interview date. Weeks later I was informed that all the positions had been filled

Describe an experience dealing with a difficult customer?
After the initial HR call, there were 3 interviews all done in a single day. The first two were with TAMs who were in the role and the last was the senior TAM manager.

Since this is a customer facing role they asked scenario based questions to see how i would interact with customers.

The process was super slow, mine took 9 months, they took a long time to contact me again to schedule another interview
I had 4 interviews, one with human resources, two technical and the last one with the hiring manager.
