first of all they let me do 3 questions in 80 minute and then there is 30 minute phone interview most the questions are personal and in the last 5 minute they ask a riddle to solve and after that i waited 2 weeks to get an answer that i moved to the next step (2 technical interviews each 1 hour) but i didnt bass the second

there were 2 steps in the first stage.
one 90 minute coding test with three coding questions to solve, was done with codility.
second step was an online interview with a recruter for microsoft with several different questions (not coding), was done with teams (microsoft app)

It was composed of several interviews but I couldnt pass the code test. The code test has 3 questions, the first is easy, second is moderate and the last one is hard.
