I applied online and it took about 4 weeks for them to send out a message for an initial phone screen. Talked to a recruiter who asked about 10-12 questions in ~20 minutes. The last 10 min were saved for any questions I had. Only did this first round since I got an offer before they got back to me about next steps (it took 3-5 weeks).

- Talk about an obstacle you had to overcome?
- Why Microsoft?
