I applied to a hiring agency online which required a Microsoft Office skills assessment, which I aced. I was given a phone interview with a recruiter, then was given a phone interview with a mid-level employee. I was brought into the office, to interview with the same employee on-site. I was asked many of the same questions and overall, it felt like a very generic, standard interview. The interviewer seemed slightly interested and seemed to want more formal, professional experience. I was told I would get a call back, but I never was called. I called and emailed, and the recruiter got back to me a couple of weeks later and told me I didn't make it.
