Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Microsoft en oct. 2010
Entretien
Interview was via campus recruitment. I have had several interviews with various companies/government identities and this was definitely different from what I had experienced before.
Most of my other interviews the interviewer gets to know you a little bit, may have a few questions about the work experience in your resume, mainly to get you to talk. This was different in the sense where there wasn't much of "Tell me about yourself, your experience, etc". It was more along the lines of "This is what I do. This is what software development is, this is what software testing is". Then from there went on to discussing a problem where you have a function with 3 string parameters. You basically have to design the search and replace function. While doing so he throws in scenarios that may cause your code to break and you have to react to those scenarios. Anything from replacing the word "ball" with "baseball" or replacing the word ball with "ballballballball ball ball ballball", etc.
You get to ask a couple of questions about the company and that was it.
It seemed like to me that they had a person with specific skillset in mind and were going straight for that rather than looking for students in general interested in microsoft that may have a place in MS.
