The interview process was very organized, I was also given a lot of information on how to prepare for the interview, which was mostly based on testing soft skills. I was told I passed the interview, and that I would be part of a pool of candidates that they would keep in case an opportunity became available. That was not clear at the beginning of the process, when it looked like they had a specific role for which I was interviewing. I was never contacted again.
