Listen to what they have to say/ask and always answer with honesty and composure. Come with good questions to ask them and show genuine interest.

Very straightforward, sat down with a member from senior management and talked about troubleshooting skills and how previous job experience helped prepare me for the role in which I currently work. It was very much conversational rather than adhering to a set structure. I was free to ask questions as they arose.

I interviewed with the Director for the call center. He briefly skimmed my resume and said I would be a good fit. I was hired on the spot. I was very surprised because I had mentally prepared for a long interview.
