The interview process included multiple rounds with a structured rotation between interviewers. Behavioral questions explored decision-making, adaptability, and data-driven problem-solving. Technical discussions covered automation, cash flow analysis, and risk management. A group activity simulated a real-world project where candidates collaborated to design an innovative, sustainable building for Morgan Stanley’s new headquarters, incorporating quantitative reasoning and creativity. Overall, the process tested communication, analytical thinking, and alignment with the firm’s values.

I applied in mid June and had to do the usual self-recorded interview using HireView a couple of weeks later. I was asked 3-4. I then had my first round of official interview in late September. That round I spoke with a VP who had been in treasury for 6yrs.
