Got to the final round (it took 8 interviews by then), but eliminated there. The people very obviously nice and friendly and everything but what stood out the most is that the hiring manager took time to give me feedback after he told me that I would not be selected to move forward in the process. Even though I was obviously let down, I still appreciate the care he took in conducting this process.

Employee referral. met with senior members of the group and other groups. questions were focused on cultural fit and deal experience. did not receive any followup via HR or the hiring manager. I was not moved to the next round but also not formally rejected.
