I applied as a strategy analyst online on their career site. 2 weeks later I receive a phone screen invitation email that I accept and attend. The phone screen goes extremely well and I'm told to expect a response in 2 weeks concerning next steps. I send a thank you email and wait. fast forward its about to be 2 weeks and no email exchange happened at all. I send two more emails politely asking about an update to my application, radio silence I hear nothing at all. This happened twice to me already.

The first round was really basic; nothing special (for example, Why Morgan Stanley? What's a deal Morgan Stanley has worked on? What are the main components of Morgan Stanley's business? etc). The interviewer seemed ever so slightly unprepared.
