Very hectic and time wasting process. There were 4 rounds two were telephonic from Mumbai and two round with 2 panel people from Bangalore office. Telephonic discussion went for more than 2 hour's. Face to face was of 4 hours. I have answered all the questions but still they had not selected me. Interviewer itself was confused and asked some of non technical questions. I will request the HR to give technical interview discussion to some good People. Not fair questions. I will request the other future candidate s to not take their interview otherwise you will also feel anguished.I am saying you all this not because of my frustration.
