There was 3 interviews with hiring team, two via telephone, one should have been on site but as I was away from Montreal they did videocall. First two interviews were quite easy, minimum technical questions and recruiters only. The third interview ("final onsite interview" as they called it) was with manager of the department who evaluated my technical background.

I interviewed for senior dot net developer, Bangalore - Women in technology drive. Online assessment based on C#.net, followed by zoom interview. The interviewer seemed disinterested from the start. He started of asking questions in C#.net. Questions were average, I answered all. The role required knowledge on MVC pattern (ado.net, winforms) but i had worked on WPF which is new technology. Mentioned the same to the interviewer at the start of the interview (first 10 mins). He continued to churn out questions in c#.net and SQL.
