Entretien
The interview was a very basic process. I met with the team leader, and three other people four other people who worked in the group. They basically had me walk them through my resume, explain why I am interested in the position, what I could bring to the team, how my previous experience made me a good fit for the position. They also took the time to better explain what the team did, and what specific responsibilities the person who would take the position I was interviewing for would have. There were no technical questions, more of just a personality/experience fit inquiry.

Entretien
I had 2 phone interviews and then 3 interviews on site in Montreal. My last interviewer told me that I will definitely get hired, because he said he had access to all gradings and reports. He even showed my my desk. But after 2 weeks I received the rejection email. I replied to the email and told them what happend, but received a general reply again.
