I have just had my 1:1 interview a couple of days ago. I originally applied in the beginning of December, received an online assessment the end of January, and was just called for an in person interview in early March. The interview mainly focused on my prospecting activities in my prior career (mortgages) and what clientele I targeted then. The branch manager here is extremely personable, and I feel the interview went quite well. He sent me home with specific goal and incentive information and told me to call with questions. He did not actually make a job offer, and I will be following up with him this week.

You need to develop a base of $10,000,000 AUM in the first 3 years. How will you go about accomplishing this?

Entretien
The overall interview process is not extremely difficult. Meeting with the a manager and maybe another senior advisor whom is involved with the hiring process. Detailed business plan to prepare. More on showing them how you can succeed at the job. It would probably be two to three interviews before actual consideration.

Entretien
Starts off with a 30 min aptitude test followed by a 1-2 hour simulation of being an advisor in LA. This is followed by a 30 min hireview and 3 more tests if selected to move forward. At the end of the hireview you receive an email saying someone will be in touch and nobody contacted me. Had to check my status of the application through the applicant portal to find out I was no longer under consideration. Nothing out of the ordinary in the process except for the fact that I didn't get to speak to a single person throughout it and that is not very professional in my opinion.

Inept as inept can be. Couldn’t describe the job responsibilities effectively. It felt scummy the whole entire process. I would avoid at all costs. Heard bad things about this place.
