Fairly standard first round, second round and Super Day. Nothing too challenging-- they were looking for a smart candidate with a strong work ethic. However, I did not hear back from the interview for over 5 months. I interviewed in November, and was not extended the offer until April. I accepted another offer in the interim, and received no indications of when the MS offer would be coming.

So far going good. Initial resume screen and hirevue were as expected. I have the phone call first round interview soon (heard back from hirvue 2-3 weeks after). No company referral
