2 phone interviews and 1 final round interview at their Canary Wharf office. Phone interviews were quite technical and asked a lot of BOND maths. Also required to have a lot of market knowledge

Fair. Good people. Very conversational rather than inquisitive. Did not want to grill people on questions if they could hold a reasonable conversation about fixed income sales and markets more generally. Down to earth. Not interested in flexing their muscles about their own knowledge or skills. Very confident people.
