Met with 6 people over a two day period - about 3 weeks or so process to get all lined up. None of the expected "tough" Q's such as whats the square root of 1 etc. MS is mostly looking for cultural fit and alignment. Not looking for mavericks but looking for those that will toe the line and exemplify the MS culture.
