J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez NIKE (Sunderland, North East England, England) en mars 2016
Entretien
Firstly I applied via the online application form writing a cover letter and then attaching both my CV and cover letter.
The I was invited to do a video interview which I completed. This consisted of basic competency questions that gave Nike a taster of what you're like. The interview was well guided and was easy to follow, giving you time to prepare for each question.
From the video interview I was invited up to Sunderland to complete an applicate day. This was informal and we were encouraged to wear our Nike clothing/footwear (all of the candidates wore Nike footwear, myself included). We were then in a board room where we had a small presentation about the company and the HR team at Sunderland (who are all really nice and comforting) and then an interactive quiz about Nike. A little bit of fun but I'm sure they were wondering who had done their homework!
Then we had 2 group tasks (with a break in-between each). The first group task was deliberating which sports would be placed in a new upcoming sports park in the UK. We were each given 2 sports and one person was the leader and we would present to the team deciding which ones fit the budget and most suitable to the criteria. Then we presented to the HR team.
The second group task was working in small groups on an actual HR project that was being conducted within Nike. It consisted of analysing motivation levels and aspirations of Nike employees. We then had to present back our findings.
After lunch we had 1:1 interviews with the HR director or the HR manager. These were sort of informal and was just a casual chat about experience and your career prospects at Nike. Received an email stating that I didn't get the job and could have feedback if I wanted. Always ask for feedback it helps within future assessment centres.
We were told that they don't use psychometric testing and formal recruitment strategies as they want the candidate to fit with the personality of Nike. Overall a positive experience.
