I was interviewing for a store that had not opened yet so all interviews were held in a group setting at a hotel conference room. I was sent an invitation after applying to pick an interview date and time best for me. Upon arriving it was group interviews with generic retail questions and a lot of energy and excitement. After the group interview I wasn't called until a month later with a job offer.

Fairly easy. Interview is on zoom. They gave me three or four questions and they were mostly about working as a team. My interview had three people in it so make sure you go prepare for it.
