Very straightforward and standard process: (1) Phone interview with the Recruiter (2) Video Interview with a manager on the team (3) On-site interviews with the recruiter, two managers on the team and two directors which the role has a significant amount of interaction with.
The people I interviewed with were very nice and knowledgable and seemed like a great team and environment. However, the experience became very negative with a terrible recruiter. Communications from the recruiter were very slow and at times non-responsive. After on-site interviews which occurred March 8th, I did not get a follow-up until April 4th where the recruiter indicated a decision had not yet been made but within a week she should know more. At the beginning of May, still no communications from the recruiter on status and I had to contact my friend who works there to follow-up with the team - where I found that they filled the position with a candidate a couple weeks ago. To date, I still haven't received anything from the recruiter to close out the interview process. Very unprofessional and disappointing recruitment team.
