I applied online and about a week later I received a call asking to go into a group interview. Large group with a range of people. Speaking to people before the interview made everything easier as it was mostly personality and group questions.

Entretien
The interview was 1:1 with the store manager who was very friendly and easy to get on with. He had a range of questions to ask that were fairly typical and stock standard for a retail job. The interview lasted roughly 30 mins and I got a great impression from the store.
