This process is very easy. In person interviews are typically in a group setting with two managers. Questions are simple and easy to respond to. This makes it easy to say what you want, how you want to without any rush.

I applied through the nike website and it took a few days to receive an email and follow through with an online interview process where they ask about 5 basic retail questions, and it gives you a certain amount of time to answer. Once I submitted the video, they reviewed it and got a call about a week later to offer me the job and let me know when the training process would begin.

The interview began with a mini quiz where you were provided multiple phrases and you needed to rate how much those phrases described you. Then the next step was a hirevue video
