I honestly expected better from Nike - long story short, I was ghosted by the recruiter despite multiple follow-ups after my 2nd round interview and case study.
Overall timeline:
1) applied online, recruiter reached out for a screen
2) second interview with a director in strategy with a separate case study that is to be completed within 2 hours via a website
3) ghosted and never heard back
I did not receive even an automated rejection or status change and feels disrespected by the lack of professionalism. Interview at your own peril!

Nike runs a very flawed interview process.
After 5 hours of interviews with 5 different people (4 behavioral, 1 case), and a written case (all this over 4 months), the decision apparently came down to you verbal case recommendation (which they said throughout the process was NOT the case). Why go through the other 4 hours of behavioral and experience questions if they don't matter? Apparently that one interviewer agreeing with your recommendation is what gets you an offer, which breeds groupthink.
Additionally, the communication is lacking and incredibly difficult to get information or responses. Very frustrating process with zero clear direction/feedback.

When did you overcome a stereotype you held about someone else?
Applied online and received contact to set up an initial interview. Typical tell me about yourself and I'll tell you about the role. I asked about next steps and she said she would follow up within a week. She didn't. I followed up and still haven't heard anything back.
