I applied online. About 3 weeks late I got a email with a phone number to call that day. Called and did the phone interview. Very basic questions. We set up a date for me to do the group interview in a hotel. There were 8 people total being interviewed at the same time. 2 interviewers. 6 questions, you answer when you feel like it. TRY to speak up first, don't be shy. Normally im extremely shy but if you want the job, act like it. I got an email exactly 7 days later for the background check.

I applied through the nike website and it took a few days to receive an email and follow through with an online interview process where they ask about 5 basic retail questions, and it gives you a certain amount of time to answer. Once I submitted the video, they reviewed it and got a call about a week later to offer me the job and let me know when the training process would begin.
