      Candidature

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Nestlé (Sudbury, East of England, England) en mars 2019

      Entretien

Initially I made the application towards last quarter of 2018 and after the phone interview was offered a face to face interview. My situation with the my employer changed so had to withdraw my application. In Jan 2019 I emailed Nestle Purina to be reconsidered again and they were quick to get back and I was offered the face to face interview again. The interview involved a 15 min presentation on a training program I’ve lead before, a 10 min learning activity and competency based questions with a panel of 2. The interviewers were brilliant and made me feel quite relaxed and were very attentive throughout the procedure. They were very detailed in helping me understand the culture of the organisation and also answered my questions in detail and depth. I got an email the next morning that they would like to invite me for another stage where I will get a factory tour and meet the factory manager. This was a very good experience looking at how the factory works and the interview with factory manager was great as the manager’s experience was highlighted by the questions they asked me in a professional but casual manner. After a week I was called and offered the job followed by written confirmation. It took a month for checks etc and occupational health test report and I was confirmed a start date of 1st April 2019. I am excited to be part of the Purina family and heavily impressed by the whole recruitment procedure and would wish others out there would follow the same ways Nestle adopt, because they keep the candidates at heart of what they do and make them feel valued.
