Eerst online solliciteren. Tussen het indienen van de sollicitatie en de eerste reactie zat er 4 weken tussen. Daarna nog een telefonisch gesprek gehad zonder veel inhoud. Vond het een zeer omslachtige procedure.

Assessment centre involved paired project review and presentation about their initiatives; individual project and presentation; strengths based interview

Entretien
Started with online application with personality and maths test, you get feedback on your personality which are quite helpful. Took a long time to process before video interview which was mainly Competency-based interview questions, you dont get much time to prepare for each question which made it hard
