I applied online, and didn't get anything for a couple months. I did a phone interview, and I was invited to take an aptitude test and then I was invited back to go through a 2-person panel interview.

The Nestle production technician interview proceeded smoothly with the interviewer asking relevant questions about the candidate's experience and skills. The candidate's responses were well-received and the overall tone of the interview was positive and engaging.

Fair, but recruitment takes time. It’s awesome with free lunch and all. Not too organized tho. But trust me it has great benefits and all. Different stages of interview, I think up to 3 stages tho . Then meetings with HR
