the interviewing process is a very friendly and supportive session, especially for fresh graduates. a tips is to always be ready to answer an anonymous phone call and be ready for the interview on the same day

there was a group task and interview and then a Q&A with current apprentices (which isn't assessed). The interview focussed more on potential in the role rather than current experience (although I did have the opportunity to bring my experiences in when answering some questions to show where I have shown the quality they were asking about) and also dropping in some of my Nestle research.
