Interview process is very slow.
It took almost 3 months to get an offer.
Only thing the progress of interview and releasing offer letter need to improve.
Lack in communication with HR after the process.

I was interviewed for following rounds
1- telephonic screening
2- technical round
3- with managers
Then HR ghosted,I sent a follow up email then got feedback as my candidature is on hold and will get an update on next day.
The HR ghosted again.

Entretien
Initially, there's a 2-part interview with a multi-person panel, consisting of a technical session (lasting 1/2 hr) & an account management session (also lasting a 1/2 hr).
The follow-up interviews were with the hiring manager, then program manager, and then the district sales manager. I was asked to white-board an example, as well as illustrate the OSI model.
