They mainly check the value fit of the person with the organization. Once they are through with the HR interview part, they would also like to get a hold of the basic sales and marketing skills and knowledge of the person. Nothing too fancy, but good grilling on the basics.

At every step I was feeling that I was being ripped off. Very thought negotiators, and they tend to not abide to the contract terms. Many sessions without formal feedback in between, not a lot of options for the interviews and the applicant must comply with their calendar.

easy process they ask you basic questions, very friendly, la la you sit down and talk to one person and they really ask you staight forward stuff like tell me a time you sold something
