The interview process consisted of 2 interviews. 1st panel consisted of 3 members and the 2nd consisted of 2 members. 1st interview consisted of both personal as well as brand/marketing related questions. They focused on summer internship experience and what was my role in the project and what did I learn there. It was more of a discussion than an interview. The personal questions were more like what am I looking for in the job. 2nd interview was more of personal interview where they tried to learn about my background and family and whether I would be a good fit for the organization. They asked me why this career path rather than something else. Both the panels asked me if I wanted to ask them questions. Suggestion: Do ask questions!! It shows you are interested in the firm.
