I applied through Nokias online tool, and additionally contacted the according line manager (whose contact details where posted together with the job description). I've been then invited (by an HR Recruiting Assistant) to the Nokia House, and had a 1-hour interview with the HR person and the line manager. Atmosphere was very friendly (as the whole corporate culture at Nokia actually is), and they indicated that they are interested in hiring me. Unfortunately the further process took another 2 months, as I then was being assessed by an external company called Psycon, and additionally there was some further delay in providing an actual contract.

Entretien
First interview was a phone interview with one of the management. The second phase of interview was with the team. Discussed about myself and my experience, behavioural questions were asked and required to complete a case study.
