J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Nokia (Itasca, IL) en avr. 2013
Entretien
A temp recruiter for Nokia reached out to me initially. Soon after I spoke with the engineering manager, and then later had a morning full of interviews with engineers. The interviews were almost all with 2 people and were mostly technical with some behavioral stuff mixed in. It was a bit exhausting but not the most difficult technical interviews I've had. They moved really fast and made me an offer that night.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
The most difficult question came from a woman with a thick accent which made it difficult to understand her. I don't think she and I ever got on the same page as to what she was asking. However I think the other interviewer in the room understood that the question wasn't really well phrased (on top of the language barrier) and it didn't seem like a big deal.
Single 1.5h teams call. HR, PM, and engineer on one call. A few generic HR questions, then a brief project description from PM. C++ position, many OOP questions, and three C++ tasks involving STL.

Two rounds of online interview, but the positions got cancelled. After completing the interviews no offer was extended.
A successful interview is a two-way conversation, showcasing your skills while learning about the role and company. Be prepared, concise, and authentic. Highlight relevant experience, ask insightful questions, and demonstrate enthusiasm to leave a lasting impression.

3 technical rounds of general java, design questions which went positive.
Though my current and expected was already known by recruiter beforehand. At the 4th round, Manager was surprised by current and expected CTC. Then HR person didn't respond. Overall , not a good experience.
