They were especially flexible and simplistic with the interview process, I had two interviews with them and each time they emailed me in advance letting me choose a time to do it, the first interview was over the phone and the second was over Google Hangouts. Interestingly they asked me a lot of general questions about the company and myself, not really any direct questions about the position I was applying for, possibly expecting me to bring them up or getting a feel of more my personality.
